Community Guidelines
MoodGlow's community is being built alongside the app. These guidelines apply to every space we run, now and after launch. Please read them before taking part.
Be kind and be honest
People come here to talk about difficult things: stress, burnout, and the weeks that do not go to plan. Meet that with kindness. Honest feedback is welcome, but cruelty, harassment, and pile-ons are not.
Do not give medical advice
Share what has worked for you, but do not tell other people what to do about their health. That means no diagnosing, no medication advice, and no discouraging anyone from seeing a professional. Lived experience is welcome; prescriptions are not.
This is not a crisis service
Our community is not equipped to handle emergencies, and relying on it during one puts people at risk. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact a trained helpline. findahelpline.com lists services by country.
Respect privacy
What people share in community spaces stays there. Do not screenshot or repost another member's words, and never share someone's story without their clear permission.
How we moderate
We remove content that breaks these guidelines, and we remove members who break them repeatedly or seriously. We would rather keep a small, safe community than a large, harsh one. To report something, email moodglow.team@gmail.com.
