Trust & Security
MoodGlow is a pre-launch product, so this page is deliberately short and states only what is true today. It will grow as the product does.
Our data pledge
Your emotional data is yours. We will never sell it, to advertisers, insurers, or anyone else, and you can delete it in one click at any time. This pledge is the foundation the product is being built on, and it will not change at launch.
What we collect today
Two things: your email address, if you join the waitlist, and anonymous, cookieless page-view counts. We collect no names, no profiles, no cross-site tracking, and no mood or health data, because the app is not yet available.
Where your data is stored
Waitlist emails are stored with our email provider, Brevo, and used only to send the Kit and the updates you opted into. Analytics are handled by GoatCounter and contain nothing that identifies you. We keep no separate copy of your data on our own servers.
Deleting your data
Unsubscribing stops every future email immediately. To have your email erased from our provider entirely, contact us and we will confirm once it is done, usually within a few days.
What we do not claim
We will not display compliance badges or certifications we have not earned. When the app launches and undergoes independent security review, the results will be published here, with dates and detail.
Reporting a security issue
If you find a vulnerability or something that looks wrong, email moodglow.team@gmail.com with "Security" in the subject line. We read every report and will respond.
