Privacy Policy
This policy explains exactly what data MoodGlow collects, how we use it, and the control you keep over it. It is written in plain language, and we revise it whenever our practices change.
Information we collect
We collect two things, and nothing more:
- Your email address, which you provide when you join the waitlist.
- Anonymous, aggregated analytics about which pages are visited, gathered without cookies and without anything that identifies you.
We do not collect your name, location, device fingerprint, or any mood or health data. The app is not yet available, so there is no personal wellness data to collect.
How we use your information
We use your email address to send you the Burnout Recovery Kit, early-access news, and occasional product updates. We use aggregated analytics to understand which content is useful and to improve the site. That is the full extent of it.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, share, or trade your personal data. Not to advertisers, data brokers, insurers, or anyone else.
- We never use advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.
- We never email you more than necessary, and we never make leaving difficult.
Where your data is stored
Waitlist emails are held by our email service provider, Brevo, which processes them solely to deliver the messages you opted into. Anonymous analytics are handled by GoatCounter and contain nothing that identifies you. We keep no separate database of your personal information.
Your rights and choices
You are in control of your data at all times. You can:
- Unsubscribe from any email with a single click, which stops every future message.
- Request complete deletion of your email address by contacting us, and we will confirm once it is done.
- Ask what we hold about you at any point.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies and shows no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. Visit counts come from GoatCounter, a privacy-first tool that works without cookies. Our Cookie Policy covers this in full.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the date below and notify waitlist members by email of any material change before it takes effect.
